Greg isn't just passionate, he's proven. A seasoned educator and the well-deserved recipient of the 2022 Roger Axel Educator of the Year Award, Greg boasts over 26 years in the public safety trenches. From Park Ranger to Lead Inspector, Greg has served communities in Arizona, California, and Minnesota, bringing a wealth of real-world experience to every course he delivers.

But Greg isn't done learning. He's a certified expert in a wide range of areas critical to public service, including code enforcement, housing inspections, safety protocols, and navigating policy and procedures. His credentials include certifications from the American Association of Code Enforcement, the International Code Council, and the Minnesota Fire Service Certification Board. He's also a Certified Situation Awareness Specialist and previous AVERT Active Shooter Response Trainer.

Greg's commitment to excellence extends to his training methods. Having served as an Academy Instructor and Field Training Officer, he knows how to create engaging learning experiences that stick.
